1. Service Agreement
1.1. We provide video editing services.
1.2. All projects will be delivered as per the agreed timeline and package selected by the client.
1.3. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Payment will be made after the work is completed. However, for larger projects or at our discretion, we may request up to 100% upfront payment before starting the work.
2.2. We accept payments via UPI and PayPal.
2.3. No refunds will be issued once the work has commenced, except under special circumstances determined by us.
3. Revisions & Modifications
3.1. We provide 2 free revisions.
3.2. Any additional revisions beyond the free limit will be chargeable.
3.3. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may also affect delivery time.
3.4. Revisions should be requested within 7 Days after project delivery.
4. Delivery & Turnaround Time
4.1. The estimated delivery time will be communicated at the start of the project.
4.2. Any urgent delivery requests may incur additional charges.
4.3. Delays caused by incomplete client input or late responses will not be our responsibility.
4.4. We shall not be responsible for delays or service failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, server failures, government regulations, or power outages (electricity failure).
5. Ownership & Copyright
5.1. Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to the final delivered work.
5.2. We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless stated otherwise by the client.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1. The client must provide all necessary materials required for the project, such as videos, images, footages, or text, before the project starts. Failure to provide these may delay delivery.
6.2. The client is responsible for ensuring that they have all legal rights, licenses, or permissions to use any third-party content (such as images, videos, music, fonts, logos, or any other media) provided for the project. We will not be held liable for any copyright infringement or legal issues arising from the use of such client-provided content. Any legal consequences resulting from unauthorized content will be solely the client’s responsibility.
6.3. For materials not provided by the client, such as music, sound effects, or additional assets, VisionVibe Media may source and use them at our discretion. In this case, VisionVibe Media will ensure we have the necessary rights or licenses for these materials.
6.4. Timely feedback and communication from the client are required throughout the project to avoid delays.
7. Liability & Dispute Resolution
7.1. We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from copyrighted material provided by the client.
7.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, legal proceedings will take place under Delhi, India.
7.3. We are not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, that may arise from the use of our services.
8. Data & Privacy Protection
8.1. All client-provided data, including personal information, project details, and payment information, will be kept confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties without prior consent.
8.2. We take necessary precautions to protect client data from unauthorized access. However, we are not responsible for any security breaches caused by external cyber threats beyond our control.
8.3. We may use third-party tools such as Google Drive, DropBox, or OneDrive for file sharing. Clients agree that we are not responsible for any data loss or security breaches caused by these platforms.
8.4. We comply with globally recognized data protection standards, including the GDPR (EU), CCPA/CPRA (California, USA), and other applicable international privacy regulations.

10. Termination of Services
10.1. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client violates these terms or engages in disrespectful communication.
10.2. Any payments made before termination are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.
11. Amendments
11.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
